I understand the challenges and struggles that come with trying to find inner peace and purpose. Last year I lost the love of my life of 45 years. He truly was my soulmate. I had never knew pain could be so debilitating. The grief counselor from hospice was absolutely tremendous. Somehow she knew that I would be open to an alternative option for healing. Yoga, sound healing, and meditation has been very helpful in this grief journey. Then I was introduced to the idea of having a massage, which then introduced me to Stephanie. My sessions with her were so much more than muscle relaxation, I felt an element of spiritual energy. I shared my pain with her, and she suggested a craniosacral therapy session. My experience was unbelievable, the terrible pain I was carrying was gone, like a leaf floating down a stream. I know I will always feel the sadness of missing him, but now I am learning to smile again. The energy that flows through my being, is a feeling I shall hold onto for the rest of my days.
